Hawkeye Infracare execute the projects based on utilizing the knowledge of constructional management techniques of PERT/CPM network, design and maintain proper bar charts at all our sites for the different development phases of the project. This enables us to establish a relationship among activities and integrating them to develop the project network or model. However, the main aspects relating to project that form part of our mode of operation :-
